Fascinating read about coaches vs. trainers

This article from the Chronicle about some college coaches seemingly overriding medical personnel on issues like concussions was fascinating to me, especially since one of the parts involves new Western Kentucky Coach Bobby Petrino.

(Full disclosure: The trainer that was let go by Western Kentucky in this article was a guy I went to high school with, but I haven’t spoken to him about this.)
