Three UK players add pre-season honors

Senior linebacker Avery Williamson, junior defensive end Alvin “Bud” Dupree and sophomore punter Landon Foster were named pre-season All-Southeastern Conference performers by CollegeSportsMadness.com on Monday.
Williamson, who was named to the second team, finished second in the SEC and seven in the nation in tackles last season.
Dupree, who moves to defensive end this season, was named to the third team, as was Foster. Dupree finished top 10 in the SEC in tackles, quarterback sacks and tackles for loss last season.
