Remember former Kentucky defensive standout Ridge Wilson? The Louisville native was arrested in the off-season on drug charges and dismissed from the team. Well, someone on Twitter (@LeadWithGrace) sent me an update on where he is and what he’s doing.
Turns out Wilson is now a senior at West Alabama (Division II) and was the unanimous pick as Defensive Player of the Year in the All-Gulf South Conference. This season, he had 52 tackles (including 10 for a loss) and 11 sacks. He also had five quarterback hurries, forced two fumbles and recovered one.
