Kentucky has announced its annual fan day activities, which are scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 6 at Commonwealth Stadium. There will be an open practice with an autograph session followed by a fireworks show.
“It’s important for the fans to see what we do on a daily basis and understand how hard our players work on the practice field,” Coach Joker Phillips said. “Fan day is a great chance for our fans to meet our players and our staff and it is something we enjoy doing.”
There will be offensive, defensive and special teams drills beginning at 6 p.m. (gates open at 5). The open practice will run for about two hours and be followed by player introductions and an autograph session with players and coaches. Fireworks are set to go off at 9:30 p.m.
